2. How may I track my order?- Please visit Australia Post's website here to track your order with the tracking number provided you via email once the parcel is ready. Alternatively, Australia Post will provide you with email updates on when to expect your package.
3. How long does the shipping take?- If you are within QLD and live in a metro area you can expect your package within 3 business days of us lodging the parcel. If you live in regional QLD you can expect within 5 business days of us lodging the parcel. If you live in the rest of Metro Australia it can take 3-6 business days. For regional/country areas of Australia it can take a week or longer. Please note - COVID-19 may have an impact on the above timeframes for the foreseeable future.
